Sensitive Families, You Can Be The Kind of Parent You

Want To Be

So many sensitive parents long for a more peaceful, happier home.

So many sensitive parents, and parents of sensitive children, long for more peace and harmony in our homes.  Instead, life can feels like a constant battle.  Peace can feel impossible.  You may feel exhausted, frustrated, just longing for ease and simplicity.

Sensitive children tend to have big feelings, which can mean power struggles, meltdowns, and epic tantrums.  Parents can become exhausted with meltdowns and overwhelm.  We can experience self-doubt, second-guessing, and self-criticism.

I’m Dr. Ceara Deno; I am a certified parent coach and pediatrician; and a sensitive parent to 2 sensitive children.  As a sensitive parent myself, I understand the unique challenges sensitive families face.

Since certifying as a Parent Coach at the Jai Institute for Parenting in 2017, I have become passionate about helping sensitive families create peaceful homes and relationships.

I use my years of experience as a parent coach, pediatrician, and parent, to create powerful, peaceful transformation in your home.

Here at Sweet Spot Parent Coaching...

I know that you want to be a peaceful parent with a deep, connected relationship with your sensitive child.

If you are also highly sensitive, as a parent, you may sometimes forget to prioritize your own feelings and needs as a parent.

The answer lies in building our capacities for self-connection, self-love and self-compassion.  We need to silence the inner critic, and show up with more self-forgiveness.

When we are able to show up in self-love as parents, our natural gifts as parents can shine, and we can find greater peace and joy.

I understand how hard it is to ask for help as a parent.

This is why when you contact me, you will be met with understanding, a non-judgmental openness and a supportive, personalized, effective plan that I will personally guide you through every step of the way.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

  • When you book a call with me, we’ll sit down together and talk so I can get a sense of what’s going on for you and your family and where I can offer support.

  • I’ll explain my approach and the options we have for working together, including individual or group coaching. You can ask any questions you have and see what type of support would be the best fit for your life and schedule.

  • If it feels right to you, we can book our first session and get started. If it’s not a good fit, I will do my best to offer alternative resources or suggestions for support, wherever possible. There’s no pressure of any kind, simply an opportunity to see if we are a good fit to work together.
